Magnolia stays are designed around the important first days following your procedure, with comfortable accommodations and personalized recovery support throughout your stay. Stays of any length beyond the 3-night minimum are welcome, and special pricing arrangements can be made for longer stays.

Guests traveling to Houston are encouraged to arrive at Magnolia the day before their procedure. A pre-op arrival gives you time to settle into your suite, organize your belongings and prepare for your procedure without the added stress of surgery-day travel.
Pre-op arrival is recommended but not generally required.

The special pre-op arrival rate applies only when the night immediately precedes your procedure and is attached to a qualifying Magnolia recovery stay. A pre-op arrival night does not count toward the 3-night minimum stay.
Bringing Someone With You?
Sometimes the most comforting part of recovery is having someone you trust nearby. Magnolia welcomes approved overnight companions so a spouse, family member or friend can stay with you throughout your recovery.
Companion Stay — $95/night
The $95 charge applies to each approved companion night, including the pre-op night. Companions stay in the recovery guest's existing suite.

The companion rate does not include: meals and snacks, a separate bedroom, independent transportation, professional caregiving services, special transportation requests.
Companion stays require advance approval and are subject to room suitability and availability. Companion names and overnight dates are agreed with Magnolia in advance. Please contact us about a companion joining for only part of your stay, or about more than one companion, so the arrangements can be confirmed.
Approved daytime visitors are complimentary. There are no fixed visiting hours, and visits are not automatic or unrestricted: the recovery guest requests approval from Magnolia beforehand, and a visit may be approved for a specific period. Visitors cannot remain overnight unless registered and approved as overnight companions. Children may visit with adult supervision when approved and cannot stay overnight. Pets are not allowed.

Recovery Transportation Included
From arrival and procedure transportation to follow-up appointments and pharmacy needs, Magnolia helps take the transportation stress out of your recovery.

Magnolia serves George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU). One arrival transfer and one departure transfer are part of the recovery package rather than separately priced add-ons, and using them is optional. Airport transfers are direct, airport to Magnolia and Magnolia to airport, with no detours, errands, extra stops or collecting other passengers. Any request beyond these direct transfers is confirmed by the Magnolia team.
The follow-up trip allowance renews after every seven days of your stay. Please contact us to confirm the allowance for your specific dates, including any partial additional week.
Transportation is subject to Magnolia's standard Houston service area.
Additional Transportation
Standard accommodation pricing does not include unlimited personal transportation. Additional transportation may be arranged separately for:

- Restaurants
- Entertainment
- Sightseeing
- Visiting friends or family
- Non-recovery appointments
- Companion's independent transportation
- Additional airport trips
- Appointments exceeding the included allowance
- Transportation outside Magnolia's standard service area
Additional transportation may be arranged upon request and is priced based on the destination and transportation requirements. Questions about transportation limits, service-area coverage or whether a particular surgical facility, pharmacy or appointment is covered are confirmed by the Magnolia team.
Professional support
Independent Professional Nursing Services Available
Separately retained, licensed nursing professionals provide services onsite for guests who require additional post-operative support. Guests may also arrange care with a qualified nurse or nursing provider of their choice.

Independent professional nursing and wellness services are available through separately retained, appropriately licensed providers. Availability, eligibility and scope of services are determined exclusively by the applicable provider and may require a separate assessment, provider order, consent, agreement and payment.
Reserving
Reservation Deposit
A minimum payment of 25% of the total room cost confirms your booking once Magnolia has accepted the reservation. When an overnight companion is included, the companion accommodation cost is part of that total.
The original 25% deposit is non-refundable and counts toward the total cost of your stay.
The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days before check-in.
Reservations confirmed within 21 days of check-in require payment in full at confirmation.
