How your stay unfolds
Before you arrive
We confirm your surgery date, discharge time and suite, gather dietary preferences and note anything your surgeon has asked you to follow. Your suite is prepared before you leave the surgical facility.
Discharge and arrival
Transportation from your surgical facility is coordinated in advance. You arrive to a quiet, prepared suite with water, light food, pillows and everything positioned within reach.
Your first night
Lighting is soft, linens are fresh and the residence stays calm. Guest support is on site if you need anything during the night.
Daily rhythm
Meals and refreshments, housekeeping, laundry, transportation to follow-up appointments and gentle check-ins, all arranged so recovery is the only thing you manage.
Departure
We coordinate transportation to your final appointment, the airport or home, and make sure nothing is left behind.

Professional support
Nursing Support, Right Where You're Recovering
Your recovery plan may call for professional nursing support beyond the everyday assistance provided during your stay. Independently retained, licensed nursing professionals may provide appropriate services onsite without requiring you to leave the comfort of your Magnolia suite.
Depending on individual needs and provider orders, services may include:
- Post-operative nursing assessments
- Vital-sign monitoring
- Wound and incision care
- Drain care
- Medication support
- IV hydration and infusions
- Lymphatic massage
- Other appropriate post-surgical nursing services
Guests who already have a preferred nurse or nursing provider are welcome to arrange for their qualified professional to provide care during their Magnolia stay.
Independent professional nursing and wellness services are available through separately retained, appropriately licensed providers. Availability, eligibility and scope of services are determined exclusively by the applicable provider and may require a separate assessment, provider order, consent, agreement and payment.
